Will I need to clean the jewelry to keep metals from tarnishing?

Our jewelry requires no maintenance whatsoever, unless the piece has .925 silver components.

Can the jewelry be worn while in the ocean, shower, pool, etc.

Yes, Jardin d'Eden jewelry is made up of non-tarnish stainless steel. (If you do acquire a more rare .925 silver

piece from us, we recommend to not get it wet as for it can tarnish, and to ensure your piece is stored in the box provided at purchase to avoid scratches and debris. Store

each piece separately to avoid abrasion caused by other jewelry.

If I have a jewelry piece with .925 silver components
How do I clean it?

For refreshing, polishing you may contact a jewelry specialist, or simply use any .925 silver cleaning kit.

Orders over $100 (pre-tax) will receive FREE UPS ground shipping if located within the continental USA. Customer-paid shipping options are available at checkout. 

RETURNS 

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date under the following conditions: 

  • Merchandise must be new and unused 
  • All original tags must be attached 
  • Jardin d'Eden not responsible for return shipping costs

Once a return has been successfully accepted, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
